Using this site
You may browse this site and use the estimate form to contact us about work on property you own or are authorized to arrange work for. Do not submit false information, other people's personal details without permission, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
Estimates are not contracts
Submitting the form, and any reply you receive, is a request for information only. Prices, timelines, and scopes discussed online or by phone are preliminary. A binding agreement exists only when both you and Lion Pride Home Renovation sign a written proposal or contract. Final pricing depends on a site visit and verified conditions.
Photos and project descriptions
Photos you send us are used to understand your project. By sending them you confirm you have the right to share them. We will not publish photos of your property without your written permission.
Our content
Text, photos, logos, and design on this site belong to Lion Pride Home Renovation or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our consent.
Licensing and insurance
We are a licensed and insured contractor. License and insurance documentation is available on request.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Service descriptions are general; whether we can take on a particular project depends on scope, location, and schedule.
